I see my backups “paused” in the “Recent Activity” section, when I mouse over it I see the "Google token expired" message.
The “paused” label you can see is caused by the backup failure due to a Google token expiration issue or an internal error. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this:
Re-login using Google Authentication: Find three dots at the top right in the dashboard , click “Logout” and then login again using your Google ID. During the login process, ensure you agree to any consent screens that appear. This should refresh the authentication tokens and potentially resolve the backup issue.
