How can I 'clean up' my backups? Or can you do that? (Because of some technical problems I now use around 45 Gb at ElBackup, while my Google Drive is only about 14 GB)
- Cleaning Up Backups: Currently, customers with more than 100 GB of storage are eligible to manually delete data from their backups using the "Delete" feature in the ElBackup interface. If you do not see this option, it's likely because your storage usage is below this threshold. Unfortunately, automated cleanup services are not available at this time.
- Subscription Cancellation: Please note that if you cancel your subscription, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
If you are experiencing technical issues and your backup size has grown disproportionately, we recommend the following steps to manage and clean up your backups:
- Manual Deletion: Log in to your ElBackup account and navigate to your backups. If eligible, you can manually delete files that are no longer needed using the "Delete" feature.
- Adjust Backup Settings: Review your backup settings to ensure only the necessary files and folders are being backed up. This can help reduce your overall storage usage.
